1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Lumina Bakehouse at Lorong Terigu, Singapore, or using our website and online ordering platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are provided by Lumina Bakehouse Singapore, and these terms govern your relationship with us.
2. Online Ordering & Pre-Orders
For our artisan breads and viennoiseries, we recommend ordering in advance to ensure availability. Please note:
- Lead Times: Custom cakes require at least 72 hours notice. Daily fresh bakes depend on live stock levels.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
- Pricing: All prices are in SGD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Food Safety & Allergens
We take pride in our artisan process. However, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and gluten. While we maintain high standards of cleanliness, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for those with severe allergies.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform our staff of any specific dietary requirements or allergies before placing an order.
4. Catering & Events
Catering services are subject to a separate contract. A deposit is required to secure dates for large events and light meal services. Final headcounts must be confirmed 5 business days prior to the event.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lumina Bakehouse shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the delay of delivery or unavailability of specific ingredients due to seasonal shifts or supply chain disruptions in Singapore.
